How It All Started
Our backgrounds span French, Italian, and Greek traditions, where high-quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation matter. That perspective, combined with deep experience in the service industry, led us to create the kind of place we wanted to eat at ourselves: a neighborhood shop focused on quality, consistency, and food that genuinely tastes great.
