Catering Questions
How much notice do you need?
Under 10 sandwiches, no minimum notice. 10 to 24 sandwiches, 24 hours. Larger orders need 72 hours because our naturally leavened bread is baked to order.
Do you deliver? What does it cost?
Yes. Delivery is priced by distance from our San Carlos shop, and you see the exact fee before you submit. Pickup is always free.
Where do you deliver?
San Carlos, Redwood City, Belmont, and nearby Peninsula cities. Farther out? Ask us and we will confirm.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. Tell us how many vegetarian guests you have and we build them into the order.
Can I order a big salad for the group?
Yes. Salads are priced per serving, one person's salad. For groups we serve them in shared trays: each tray holds 4 full servings or 8 side servings. Pick how many servings you want and we fill the trays. Salads-only orders are welcome, with no minimum notice.
What salad comes in a boxed lunch?
Each box can include a half-size side salad, packed right in the box. It is included in the box price. Soup of the day is the other side option.
How are platter sandwiches cut?
We always count whole sandwiches. Platters are cut in halves or thirds so guests can try more than one.
How do I pay?
Submit your order and we confirm the details. Then we send a secure online payment link where you can add a tip.
